When I heard someone was releasing a book on Alzheimers, I wasn’t impressed. I have read several and most are the same; useless.
But, I decided to compare this book to those that are full of useless information.
To my shock and surprise, this book is actually very useful. If I had this book several years ago when caring for my mother, while I was working full time and managing a family, we would have had a much different outcome with my mom’s situation, I’m sure.
Not knowing what to do, how to do it, and when to do it was my biggest frustration when dealing with the disease.
This book explains the disease, the approach, and the potential outcomes by taking action today, in sometimes small, but very meaningful, ways.
The companion materials that help guide you through setting up your individjal approach, as no two Alz situations are the same. This is a comprehensive toolkit, not a fix-it-quick book of potions. Dr. Sandison stresses that action is key to success.
Finally, these are basic, proven steps to work with either for yourself or loved ones, that ward off, or reverse an Alz disgnosis. And best of all, you can build an approach that works best for your situation!
I started changing my lifestyle the first day reading the book, and those simple steps are now part of my new lifestyle, and others steps will be added regularly.
I cannot thank Dr. Sandison enough for her easy-to-understand language, on a difficult-to-understand topic. I also must stress to all that conquering this disease requires concerted effort!
This is not the usual Alz book. Alz is still largely a mystery, but things are changing. Get this book and take action immediately. The investment is small. Nothing will change if you do not take action. Alzheimers will not go away on its own and all the current drugs proved relatively useless for my mom.
Dr. Sandison’s book may be your one best hope for an Alz-free lifestyle. Get it today!
