I was getting so fed up with not being able to breathe properly and especially not being able to sing; and it not being connected to infection, weather, environment etc; and having tried all the usual remedies, I bought this as a last resort. A bit put off by the price but high prices are often the result of a new development. Much to my surprise it worked withing a couple of days. I did not realise I was feeling ‘normal’ until about a week later! I do not need to use it as often as they say so don’t be put off by the regime suggested. Now I keep it on my desk (it is very attractively designed) and just use it as and when. Holding your breathe in any, even minor stressful, situation is very common; so if nothing else it is a reminder to breathe as deeply as you can whenever possible. Would definitely recommend.

It doesn’t look like much, but, simplicity is at the core of its’ effectiveness. I had a nagging cough which kept me up night after night, as well as my wife. I couldn’t seem to clear my chest. After using this device for a few minutes, I was coughing and snorting up a ton fo phlegm. The experience was dramatic and not exactly pleasant, but it was over quickly and I was able to sleep for hours without coughing. I use my air pysio often during the day and I do an extended session every night before bed. It works.

The trial of this respiratory pipe is ongoing so far it seems good for lung exercise but not as an expectorant.The assembly was a bit finicky but the instructions are quite easy to follow.It is extremely expensive opposed to much cheaper Chinese models which work just as well but have inferior plastic casing.The methodology and results are just the same .This can be borne in mind when purchasing. Next time I will go for the cheaper model as there is little difference

Used the air physio on the day it arrived and I was amazed at the size of the phlegm ball that I coughed up. About a marble size. Glad that it was no longer living in my airways. Remember to have a tissue or two with you and a glass of water. And this is only the first day. It is easy to clean so no bother there.

I bought this at the same time as i bought the same thing from Kan-breathe (mucus clearance device) for a fraction of the price and they do EXACTLY the same thing. and that product was just a little over 20 quid.
sometimes price is indicative to quality. in this case its not.
highly overpriced. buy any cheap alternative on amazon. they do exactly the same thing.
i imagine putting a ball bearing in a plastic blowing device shouldnt cost what this product costs.

I was skeptical about this product, prepared to declare, “yup, all hype, not effective!” but was I wrong! I started with blowing much too hard into the AirPhysio device–it only requires pursed lips and blowing air out as if one is cooling down coffee a few inches away! I felt the ‘rumbles’ in my chest and abdomen once I figured out how to use–and then came the miracle — I have used Ventolin my entire life for my asthma, ranging from once, twice a week to twice a day – never without it. And a second puffer at night. I cough pretty well every day. Yet, within a day of three sessions (3-5 minutes–read the instructions) of using the AirPhysio I started feeling as though I could breathe to the bottom of my lungs! I also coughed quite a bit of ‘stuff’ up and now my lungs feel more clear than I’ve felt in a long time. After three days of using this device, I stopped my incessant coughing…
Here’s the thing, BE CAREFUL with the Ball bearing when cleaning the device – mine rolled into an air vent two days ago. So I contacted MediHealth Australia–they replied within a few hours that they would help me replace the ball bearing! Now i’m waiting for the replacement –and I’ve started coughing again and having to use the Ventolin. I know that once the part arrives I will begin using the device again and do it consistently.
I don’t know about you, but breathing is a HUGE part of my quality of life. This AirPhysio Device works – I’m so amazed. By the way, I was not paid to do this review–it comes from a genuine appreciation of the device. Good luck!
