Omron are the number one manufacturer of blood pressure equipment (I speak as a doctor of 40 year’s standing), and I have only ever trusted Omron for quality and longevity in their devices.
I bought this as a backup for a much more expensive Omron machine and very quickly realised that the inner worings of both are very similar. The item comes well packaged, including new batteries. The cuff is not the preformed semi-rigid cuff found on Omron’s high end models, but is actually more comfortable for people who don’t like having their blood pressure taken. There is no setup, as this machine does not use bluetooth synchronisation with Omron’s app, and you don’t need to add your age and other details to get the machine working.
Results are consistent, accurate and on a par with the more expensive machine I have. The batteries last for ages, and the device can be used with a suitable mains adapter.
Overall, the prfect monitor if all you want is to measure your blood pressure from time to time. Highly recommended.

Bought this for monitoring my mother’s HR and BP. It is pretty accurate at measuring blood pressure. Used multiple times per day. Quality is fine it is all plastic. Easy to set up and looks good. Screen is monochrome but everything is easy to read although heart rate measure is on the small side for an elderly person but that is a secondary aspect. Average noise level for a BP monitor.

I had an NHS machine home which was the exact same make. Only could have NHS machine a short while as others need to have access. My doc suggested as I have long term blood pressure problems that I might purchase my own .
Looking on Amazon I found this . As I mentioned it is the same make and model as the NHS one . Good value for money and easy to use. Only complaint the one I chose didn’t come in a case but can purchase cases no problem.
