I work shifts and never get decent sleep and rest when on night shifts. I’m not sure how this even worked considering the years of poor quality day sleep I get but fell asleep before the 20 mins cycle finished and each time I woke due to day noise I went back of so quickly. Ive been using this for 5 nights. The first couple of nights it definitely helped, however it didnt stay on for long enough, id have to keep turning in back on. The last few days it hasnt really helped and it only stays on for a few minutes now, pointless

I could never switch off and get to sleep at night. I tried this and started to get to sleep a lot quicker. It is great value for money and they are being sold for silly money on internet. Mine ended up getting soaked in juice totally my fault so buying another one. Would totally recommend
