I love how quickly this worked. Was able to fall of to sleep quickly and without all the tossing n turning I usually have.
I also found it useful in the day when I knew I was going to be in a possibly stressful situation for me. It was great at calming me down too and no one else had a clue I was anxious if that I was using it.
My only negative is that the strap doesn’t seem to fit. It’s the length between item and the bit that goes over your hand that seems to be too short. It did fall off overnight but I didn’t know about if til next morning so not a buggy

I have struggled my whole life with really bad insomnia sometimes struggling to even get 2 or 3 hours a night even when completely exhausted and when I am asleep I cant stay asleep. I have tried virtually everything to help me sleep. While searching on amazon for sleep aids I came across this and it was completely different from anything I’d tried before so I just had to give it a go. I dont think this device truly helps me to sleep easier or better but it does help me to relax as the pulses in my hand take my focus away from whats going on in my head. I liked this one as it has the wrist strap so I dont drop it and loose it if I do fall asleep with it. Its easy to use. The sensation does take a bit of getting used to though but after a while you don’t think about it as much. I just move it around in my hand and adjust the intensity until its comfortable. I find the intensity differs depending in which hand I hold it. Not sure if this is normal or if I’m weird or have something wrong with me though. The battery life seems quite good too. I think its definately very over priced for what it is but I do like it at the same time.

The lanyard is so short it might fit a child but no adult I know. The display is so faint it can only be seen in a darkened room and even then isn’t helpful. The actual device doesn’t seem to do anything at all. I turned it to full power and got zero response. All in all it seems like a complete waste of money. Add to that instructions that are barely worthy of the name and I’m surprised they actually allow anyone to sell this. If anyone finds out what switch mode is please don’t bother telling me as I’m sending it back.

Sendd micro currents to your brain to relax. I did a lot of research and thought I would try it. I love it. I ordered one, paid for two and got two by mistake but keeping both to have a back up. Check it out!

Received product, fully charged battery, device worked partially as advertised, however did not shut off after 20 minutes. So I manually turned it off. Woke up next am. Battery was completely dead. Ditto next night. Try to return it, item NOT returnable due to food issues, WHAT??? Device is not a food item!!!!
Took over 30 minutes to get to a human to resolve issue, save your time money and frustration. Choose a different one.

This is a really lovely little gadget. Seems to work – can feel a little current when holding and it does seem to calm me down when I’m in bed.

Somehow this seems to help. I am a woman in her 50s, a survivor so intrusive thoughts when I’m trying to sleep and this I clutch even though at times I forget to turn it on. But I am managing to sleep and fall asleep without my mind being on overdrive.
