I liked the vitamin D3 & K2 because it is from the UK, close to home, non gmo and suitable for vegetarians. You only need the 1 tablet and there is 180 of them, enough for my family of 6 adults. Value for money land it’s high strength 4000 iu. Small tablet easy to swallow.
