Only been taking these for a weeek and already feel much better. Not waking up tired, not feeling tired through the afternoon. Highly recommended. So, yes they are sticky and the neck of the jar they come in is ridiculously small. So Get yourself a 250g kilner or similar to keep them in. Nice wide next can reach in and pluck one out with easy. Air tight too. Close the jar lid after you have taken the bear out and give the jar a good shake. Stops them stickining together.

At some point, at the 2nd or 3rd re-order, it just got bigger. Both the individual tablets and the packaging – while the ingredients remained exactly the same. What’s the actual benefit of that?
