I was very skeptical due buy this considering it was a bit costly. But anyways I went through with the purchase and boy did it work! I placed the strip on my nose and instantly it felt better. I haven’t had this feeling of breathing comfortably at night since a long time. An excellent product to say the least!

Work as intended, stop me from snoring. If I touch the sticky part of the strip accidentally before I apply it to my face it doesn’t always stay stuck for the full night. It does about 80% of the time though.

Again another item bought because of good reviews and what do you get for your money?, These things dont even stick to the skin of your nose had to put 3 on one after the other and still fell of within minutes!. I was honestly surprised with how much my airway opened up by putting these on! I’ve been sleeping with them nightly and my ability to breathe through my nose has improved exponentially. They have helped me learn how to nose breathe throughout the day, which I have always struggled with. I use them in addition to mouth tape, and my sleep quality has gotten significantly better. Adhesion is great, I have never had it fall off in the night. However, I do sometimes struggle with getting it to stick directly after applying skincare. In the mornings, it does leave some residue after removal, but it easily comes off when I wash my face normally. Overall a great product that has really improved my sleep and breathing!
