I’ve had a few tins of these and they definitely help me relax and sleep better… Didn’t realise that shops like syperdrug sell them…but better for me from Amazon as my health stops me from getting out doors often…good price sometimes if you buy more than 2 tins

かなり前に愛用していて、子供疲れた時にはも蓋を自分で開けて食べていました。
久しぶりに思い出して購入してみましたが、食べやすい優しい味で、ゆっくり食べている間に気持ちが落ち着いてきます。
色々な場面で使えますが、それも個人の判断、使い方次第だと思います。

Un punto bueno fue simplemente encontrarlos, tienen un efecto relajante de efecto casi inmediato… lo único que me dejo confundido es que el empaque es diferente al producto actualmente en venta en EEUU… debo reconocer que no se si las leyes nacionales los obliga a tener este empaque (el que me llego) o si en el peor de casos es un producto descontinuado y/o caduco… me deja un poco nervioso, por eso las 4 estrellas y no 5.

Only tried first one today so can’t really comment on effectiveness but I enjoyed popping one in my mouth & gently chewing with subtle orange flavour coming through – – i found this a relaxing ritual in itself. I have inflammatory arthritis in hands & wrists so I was concerned about ease of lid but it’s the best lid ever – you gently push in middle to open & then to close gently press sides of lid & it clips back on! Tin is sturdy but so light, & I immediately know these will be super easy to carry around in my bag or pocket. I have complex ptsd so I’m always looking for extras to calm my nervous system & mind, especially when I leave the house, & these really fit the bill for me. I’d feel very comfortable & at easy taking tin out in public to pop one in, they look like a little tin of travel sweets. I’m hopeful over some days/weeks taking these will help reduce my anxiety etc that little bit more 😊

とにかくストレス過多でしんどかった時に購入し、翌日には届いてすぐに食べたら、体の芯の緊張がほぐれるのがわかって、そんなに緊張していたんだなぁ、と改めて自覚しケアする気持ちになりました。
新しい仕事で緊張がひどかったので、ひっきりなしに口に含み、一週間もせずに食べきり、すぐリピートしました。
カシス味？にもひかれていただきましたが、私にはオレンジ味が合っていたので、次のリピートはまたオレンジにして、しばらく常備する予定です

Nice flavour, easy to chew. Most importantly they do take the edge off when anxiety is bad, stops the roller coaster tummy and nauseous feeling for me. They are not a solution for anxiety and effects are not long lasting but a great aid to soothe and bring anxiety levels down so you can self manage without the panic. Scored 4 due to time it lasts.
