Been taking this now for 20 days, and even in that time, I can notice a difference.
Fine lines on my face are noticeably less deep. Creases on the back of my hands are less pronounced.
Also, I’ve lost some weight recently, and at my age, I’d got a tiny bit of crepey skin across my abs. Combination of abs exercises and taking these collagen tablets has, in 20 days, reduced this by about 80%.
Tablets are reasonably large, but easy to swallow, and they have no taste or aftertaste. Odd review has mentioned bloating – I’ve not experienced that, and neither has my wife who has also been taking them (and who has also seen benefits within the 20 days she’s been taking them).

Apparently (not sure why) you are supposed to take these at night. Which I didn’t do! They haven’t made any real noticeable difference to me. They are easy to swallow and tasteless.

Being of menopausal age, and feeling wrinkly, I tried these supplements to improve skin appearance and increase energy levels – been taking them for a month, and facially I can see a difference, particularly under the eyes where bags still exists, but the skin is less wrinkly – wasn’t really sure about whether they would improve energy levels, but I do feel more active, motivated and getting round to chores that have been out off for months! Whether that’s mind over matter, doesn’t matter, I’m attributing it to these pills! I haven’t noticed any improvement in lower back pain, but then I’m not sure these pills are meant to target that. They are large but given I am used to medication, haven’t had a problem with them, and I haven’t noticed a flavour, just take a glass of water with them and they’re gone!
