I LIKE THESES CAPSULES AS THEY ARE EASY TO SWOLLOW. I STILL FIND IT STRANGE THAT THE CAPSULE IS HALF FULL. THIS IS USUALLY BLAMED ON “SETTLING” OF THE CONTENTS. WHY NOT USE A SMALLER CAPSULE? ANYWAY IT WORKS WELL.

Used for the entire first trimester of pregnancy for “morning sickness”. Worked a treat and made the symptoms bearable. Just make sure you drink enough water while taking them. If you research it further you’ll find they’re safe to take while pregnant as they don’t leave the digestive system and therefore have zero effect on the baby.
