sleep didn’t change however i sometimes felt like i cared slightly less about issues for a while until i hit the 3 month mark where i had to take a month break due to this pill making me feel antisocial and depressed might be a different experience for others just make sure to cycle taking for 2-3 months then taking a 1 month break to let your body adjust
