   I keep going back to these handy vitamin sprays. This one tastes great, a nice mint flavour that isn’t sickly sweet – tastes like a breath mint. Easily delivers the daily dose of vitamins without any nasty filler ingredients either. No need to hunt down a glass of water – just spray and go once a day when I am running out the door. Great product.

   Very easy to squirt into your mouth (they recommend the inside of your cheek), and it tastes fine. Incredibly convenient and great if you have difficulty swallowing or can’t have oil (like me), as it doesn’t involve either.

   Can’t comment on the quality of the nutrition itself, of course; but assuming it’s comparable to other forms of supplementation (and direct absorption through the mucous membrane should be very good?), this is an absolute no-brainer.

   Good if you’re vitamin D deficient, it definitely makes a difference. Nicer than taking a pill, although the spray pump can be slightly dodgy sometimes (too little / too much). It also develops a slightly weirder taste than mint after using it for a little bit, but nothing horrible. Just not as minty anymore.

   Das Spray ist eine prima Alternative zu Tabletten. Über die Mundschleimhaut kann das Vitamin D gut resorbiert werden, ohne den Umweg durch den Verdauungstrakt machen zu müssen. Das Spray schmeckt gut nach Minze und ein Sprühstoss pro Tag ist ausreichend. Ich habe bereits die zweite Flasche und die erste hat gute drei Monate gehalten.

    This is a great supplement
    Easy to take, great size, lasts our household a month. ( 3 sprays each a day) we 2 adults

    The taste is fine & simple to use. Not sure about the benefits as I have not had my vitamin levels checked but so much easier than tablets
