Bought because I was fed up with my husband whining about my snoring (but to be fair, he did record me the other night before these arrived and it did sound pretty bad!) I have a bad habit of breathing through my mouth, not my nose, and even sleeping on my side never helps. As soon as I put one of the strips on I could feel my nose clearing miraculously. They stick well and stay on all night. According to my husband, it doesn’t stop the snoring entirely, but I no longer sound like a hippopotamus stuck in mud and he can live with it.
The problem is, last night, I reverted to type, but that’s probably because it was the end of the week, I was tired and I had a Guinness (which always sends me off) and reused the same strip twice, so it was less effective. 10 strips at £4 a pop is a bit pricey! So I plan to buy another product with more strips and wear two instead of one and see if that works. I don’t like the idea of mouth guards and mouth strips and I can only sleep with one pillow, so elevating my head is out. Can’t think of any other ideas other than sleeping in another room and I don’t want to do that!

It definitely helps you breathe better. I have trouble breathing through my left nostril and when applied I can definitely notice a difference. I think I’ve ordered the wrong size and not getting the full benefit as I should so I will re order and get the right size and see how it goes. The one thing I was disappointed with was the adhesive not being as good as it should and sometimes doesn’t stick very well but I’m not sure is that down to me ordering the wrong size or not but apart from that it’s a decent product.

I’ve needed to use a nasal spray for years, but for me, part of getting older is that one nostril now closes altogether in the night. I decided to try these and the result is amazing.They are comfortable to wear and keep both nostrils wide open. I haven’t breathed so well for years! One does have to make sure that the skin of one’s nose is completely clean and dry, but they are then easy to attach and also quite easy to get off in the morning. Result!

My husband said I’d been snoring due to being congested. I never used the strips due to getting well. He, however, snores really badly, enough that it wakes me and keeps me awake, so he tried them. I must say I slept much better!! The nasal strips not only stop (or quieten) his snoring while he uses them but also for the night following (I assume, as I’m not woken). He says they’re not great to use but are bearable.

Bis vor kurzem wusste ich noch nichts von dieser Möglichkeit, den Nasenstreifen, zur deutlichen Verbesserung der Atmung während des Schlafens. Bisher hatte ich oft einen Sprühstoß medikamentöser Nasentropfen gebraucht – davon bin ich jetzt entwöhnt!
Mit der Klebekraft des Streifens bin ich sehr zufrieden, er fällt über Nacht nicht ungewollt ab.
Wichtig ist:
– Die richtige Plazierung des Klebestreifens (siehe Bild auf der Verpackung)
– Die richtige Größe (nehme Gr. L) und eine fettfreie Klebestelle der Nase.
– Außerdem sollte man den Klebestreifen nach dem Abziehen der Schutzfolie nicht berühren.
– Vor dem Abziehen am nächsten Morgen Streifen unbedingt befeuchten!

I’ve been using Breathe Right for a number of years
The latest batch bought in March 2024 has either been re-designed or is a fake/copy
They now act like a plaster and the spring/metal part has either gone or has been changed to be less springy
Also, they no longer stick. One of the reasons I originally chose Breathe Right and then stayed with them was the fact they stuck so well. Again, I don’t know if this is part of a design change or whether the seller has got hold of a fake batch for some reason.
If these changes are down to a re-design (most likely to save money) they will be losing me as a customer and probably loads more people too.
