Some vibrating functions are a little loud eg can’t hear TV. Totally fine on the lower speed functions. Remote Control would benefit from a longer cord to see functions more clearly. Similarly, the plug Into socket would benefit from being interchangeable to either the right or left side of chair For convenience of electrical source. It is currently sited for a left hand power point. Material is thick and very comfortable. Overall , it is a good buy. The heat function is rapid. The.neck straps would fit a car headrest, they will not expand along a normal chair but the unit is non slip and sits well on armchair or couch. Not fully Road tested for pain relief, but initial signs are very positive.

Bought this for use in my car, but the product does not come with the relevant 12v car adapter included.
A car adapter can be purchased from the Comfier Europe website at a cost of about £10 but I frankly couldn’t be bothered.
There are things about this product to love. The material is nice and it feels well made.
It sounds odd, but I was disappointed with the fact that you have to use the product as a massage seat. By that I mean, you cannot just have the heat on. If this is switched on, then the massage function is running.
The massage is OK. It’s NOT shiatsu like rollers, but rather vibrating motors and the massage effect from them is ok. The massage has 3 levels, but I am not sure if there was that much of a difference between them.
The heat setting works, the product definitely heats up, but I am not sure it’s as hot as the description suggests. There is no danger of you burning yourself and you might not notice the heat function.
The product is surprisingly noisy… if you are using this in a room with other people, they would definitely ask what the noise was. If you are planning on using this to relax, I would suggest this probably isn’t the best option.
I sat on the cushion for about 10 minutes and when I got up, I felt kinda numb. The sorta paraesthesia type sensation you get when your leg goes to sleep. It wasn’t a completely unpleasant sensation, but I think it was the absence of the massage that I enjoyed, as opposed to the machine itself.
I invited my partner to have a go and she said it was “reminiscent of a ride on an old tractor”. She probably isn’t wrong. It’s a bit like when you sit over the engine on a bus idling in traffic… not an unpleasant sensation but is it something you would pay for?
Like I said, I bought this for use in the car and that’s pretty much a non-starter given that I am not going to pay out for another adapter.
I did think about keeping the product and putting it under the cover of an armchair, but its too noisy and the massage is not something I think I am going to miss, so return and refund it is.

Not a professional massage chair, but it feels good when operating. A little noisy, and can be distracting if you’re trying to watch the TV at the same time. Even though it says in the ad that heat and massage can be applied separately, they can’t. So if you just wanted a little heat treatment, you have to have the noise of the massagers working!
