I have used this mat a few times….it takes some body adjusting to find the right positions for the stretching & massage functions on the back & neck….& not sure how it can work on bodies from 5’1” to 6 ‘ ….11 inches different? Not sure I have pillow adjustment right yet either 🤔
I have to turn the thigh compression off, as it is far too strong & hurts my legs .
I will persevere a little longer to see if it improves my back & neck arthritis .

Worth the money FOR SURE. I have arthritis, degenerative disc disease, so aches and pains all over. I enjoy personal massages every once in a while and have gone through 3 “massage” mats in the past couple years – they simply vibrate and break. So I decided to spend a little more money on trying something else, even though the reviews helped me pick this, I honestly was expecting a dud. I cannot believe the good job it does with air pressure. Literally moves my neck, includes heat, stretches me, working my hips and upper and lower back also. I was worried that with the mat doing more than vibrating, it would be hard to lay on because there are always hard components on the other cheap types of mats. This is Absolutely comfortable and auto shut downs in 30 min. I’m just amazed and recommend to anyone needing this type of stress or pain relief!!

I haven’t used my massage mat a lot, but I have appreciated it when I have used it. It is a relaxing massage. However, the mat did not fit the size of my body. If I aligned my hips, then the headpiece didn’t match my neck and vice versa. It was designed for a bigger person.

When I first opened it I wasn’t sure. In fact it sat in the living room for a few days before I actually gave it a try. WOW! The heat options are the best…and it does get pretty hot. Make sure you have a shirt on and not skin to mat contact. The power of the massagers is just right and you have options to isolate where it massages. Personally I really like the “hips” setting as it really gets deep into your IT bands. Usually I can hear a pop or two in my back when I put it on the hardest massage setting. It isn’t a mechanical massager mat, but rather certain points of it will fill with air and push into the muscles. It will really stretch your shoulders and back. It is light enough that you can fold it up and travel with it, just need an outlet to plug it into. I do not recommend sitting in it. It is strictly for the floor or firm bed. My girlfriend will use it too. She is a bit shorter and takes a little bit for her to get in the right spot, but she really likes it. Might have to buy another if she keeps thieving mine.

It is indescribable! A completely different massager than we have had before only for feet or hands! It’s a nice and relaxing feeling, unlike the brutal, shocking feeling that traditional massagers usually have. I think it’s great on those quiet days when you just have a sore back to turn it on, it warms you up, gets you moving and relaxes your muscles and cramps. Basically this machine stretches you and helps you do movements that would otherwise be difficult or impossible to do. It’s a good step away from problems and allows you to relax and enjoy assisted movement, relieving tension and stress.

I’ve been using this massage mat for a couple of weeks now and I’m rather chuffed with it. The mat provides a lovely, relaxing massage that helps me unwind after a long day. The heating function is a brilliant addition, it warms you up just right and adds to the overall comfort.
One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the mat seems best suited for those around 5’4″” to 6′ tall. I’m a bit shorter and found it tricky to align my neck, waist, and hips all in the proper position at once. When I did get it right, the neck massage was divine.
The air pressure system is quite clever and quieter than other traditional massagers I’ve tried, but the leg compression can be a bit too strong for my liking. It would have been ideal if there was more adjustability for different body parts.
Setting up was easy and the mat rolls up neatly for storage, a handy feature. It’s a bit pricier, but given the quality and the comfort it offers, I believe it’s worth the expense.

I purchased this product for my wife who suffers from Lupus and is very sensitive to touch. The gentler action of this mat is better suited to her needs. I was expecting it to be too light for my preference, but I love it. It has a surprisingly physical aspect, helping twist and gently manipulate the spine and neck, and the heated lumbar section is excellent. I recommend placing a very small pillow between the knees to take pressure off the compression.
It has a quiet operation, excellent build quality, and packs away neatly.
It is a little expensive, but I feel that is adequately offset by its other qualities, and the manufacturer offers a free extended warranty.

I’ve been suffering recently from back pain, some due to getting older, some due to a lot of gardening. I have full massage mats that fit on a chair and they do a great job but are quite vigorous in their kneading and wanted something more gentle. This a neat little mat that rolls up into a self contained unit with handles, lay it on the floor, plug in and then lie on it whereby you can use the remote control to either focus massage to a needed area all have it cycle through a preset routine. Where it’s clever is that it uses airbags only, inflating then and deflating to provide the massage and it is quite effective with this, even performing twisting motions say to the neck along with kneading. There are different strengths but nothing too vigorous and a couple of heat settings and overall it does a decent job. Bought it on an offer and overall very happy for the price paid if it continues to perform to the same degree, saying that there is an extended warranty if registering online which is useful.
Up date, have been using for a few weeks now and definitely helping, only niggle I have is the power charger doesn’t have any storage in the mat itself like the remote which would be useful if transporting.
