Well designed, seems to work (though you might need the help of PROPERLY mixed baking soda). Doesn’t leak around the ears much, and is easy to use. Main problem is that there is no obvious source of rrplacememt tips, would could make this dangerously unhygeinic to reuse. Also, the tank doesn’t hold more than about a minute’s worth of water, and you might need ten minutes or more, but it’s relatively easy to refill and continue. Overall, this is good value, solving a real problem.

Item is neat and good quality. It does what it says. I had a completely blocked ear due to wax build up. This unit cleared it, I can hear at last, thank you. It works well, temp gauge takes a while to register, but I had a thermometer from COVID days. I think if you follow the instructions you will have great results. I had no softener for the wax to start, so just did a few goes through the tank. Even though you think it may not be working, the off colour waste water tells you it is. I did not fully push the tip on so that I could position it more in the ear canal, brilliant results. Each full tank load lasts about 1 minute. Great purchase for me.

Decided to use this device this morning – only the third time I’ll have used it. Failed! No longer sucks the water out the tank. Probably wont send it back as a I simply can’t be arsd. When I bought it my wife cautioned me against it, but I decided, what could go wrong with such a simple device. Oh well…..

Great product, well made and worked so well. I brought it for my partner as she had blocked ears, could see the wax plug in her ears. Warm water in the tank and within 5 mins per ear the wax came out.

Having done my checks regarding this ear cleaner, call it what you like.
It sounded quite clever and simple to use.
I used it as per instructions and found it to be a waste of my hard earned cash. No it didn’t work as I thought it would.
A bit of wax appeared in the ear piece, nothing went into the waste container. (apart from water)
The idea sounded good, shame it didn’t deliver.
