Don’t be too dis-heartened by the 3 stars, its because I’ve only been taking it about 3 weeks, and its too early to see massive difference, although my hair at the roots does feel slightly thicker…the lengths are what I want to see improve in strength hasn’t really shown yet, and my skin is about the same so far, but I’m going to give this a go as I think for long term benefits we need to be patient👍😊…I’m fine with taking tablets, but for someone who struggles these are pretty big long capsules, but you can do it…just a big glass of water and a quick swallow and they are down!!…so good luck and I do recommend giving these a try!! x

Molto comodo il formato in capsule… il miglior collagene marino (in capsule) provato fino ad ora. Ps. ATTENZIONE ai tappi, che nelle ultime confezioni non sigillano bene il prodotto.

I’ve been using it daily for two weeks and already see a great improvement of my nails and hair condition.
