Not much taset. It is like chewing a white charcol, but it has high calicium intake and thats what is needed.

I found I started getting random headaches all of a sudden. Looked into the ingredients a bit more and by the sounds of it could be susceptible to the calcium carbonates soooo not going to take these anymore. Shame because otherwise they would have likely been fine especially with cost but always check the ingredients if you’re sensitive.

I’ve been using this calcium during my pregnancy, the tablet’s size is bit big to swallow so I usually chew the tablet with loads of water. It has a slight lemon flavour, is better than the other brand

The tablets are too big. Tried snapping them in half for a week or so but they’re so solid I’m not even sure how much gets absorbed even when they are swallowed?
Cancelled my subscription order of them and I’ll look for a similar capsule or smaller tablets.
They might be very good……but just not for me sorry.
