We wanted to start taking turmeric tablets more regularly so shopped around for price/potency and these seemed to be a good deal.
The tablets are tiny so they are very easy to swallow. Replaced a well known high street brand and can see no drop off from the benefits, indeed this have the additional ingredient of ginger so a big plus in that regard.
