I personally find it very easy to take pills etc. so I had no issue but they are pretty large so might be an issue for people who don’t like big pills or capsules.
I personally got fishy burps over the next few hours every time I took one. This might vary from person to person. It was unpleasant enough for me to stop taking them though.
I have no idea why I was asked to rate it for “pain relief”. These aren’t pain killers, they are omega 3 oil capsules. It gives no pain relief but it isn’t meant to.
