Its really hard to say if its really work on you ( especially ,if you live a healty and active lifestyle everyday for longer period of time ) alotugh,I will say i can feel some delicate positive difffernce if I use this turmeric capsules every day.

When I started using these I started getting nose bleeds easily 2/3 times per day, it took me a a while to realise it was the high dose of tumeric and curcumin. Once I stopped taking this supplement the nosebleeds stopped. Everyone could be different but the dose was too high for me.

Bought after a lot of research, had seen Tumeric and Curcumin can help with pain relief, but it was about buying the right kind of Tumeric and the right amount of curcumin in there too. This company seem to be the real deal with these, and the reviews speak for themselves, so I tried these, my Fibromyalgia pain has been chronic for weeks no pain relief at all, to say I’ve been in agony is putting it lightly. Two days on these already most the pain has eased, I’m in shock, but incredibly thankful and hope it lasts. I’m going to keep using it that’s for sure.
