This is a marvellous product. One or both of your nostrils are partially or completely blocked. Two squirts up each one, wait for about 5 minutes and both are completely clear. I cannot believe I got to the age of 44 before someone introduced me to it. It really does work.

Does work immediately but the day after your as congested as before if not worse. Which it does state that.
