I like to have some rescue remedy on hand for those days when the anxiety is a little intense as no one needs to go through life being anxious. There are many herbal remedies out there that can help and I have flower remedies to work really well especially rescue remedy over the years.
I like this one with the mint flavour it is refreshing and the taste is pleasant overall.
For the effect, it really just takes the edge of any anxiety you might be having and lets you get on with your day. It is very subtle and you don’t really notice any effect you just realize you don’t feel stressed anymore.
The 20ml size is a nice amount that it will last quite a long time, as I only use occasionally I expect it to last well over a year in which case it provides very good value for money and is a no brainer to have on hand for emergencies and general good well being.

I have a lot of exposure to situations at work where I am put in front of strangers and pitch ideas/ stories/ functions etc. as part of my job. I get VERY anxious in the hours leading up to these events, and my nerves very often show.
I find Rescue Remedy Comfort and Assurance drops have helped a lot with recent situations. The chocolate/ peppermint flavour mask slightly the strong taste of the product, but it really does seem to help with calming me down.
The bottle has a generous 20ml and this is lasting well. The cost is a little high – at the time of review it was around £14 but as been as low as £11 recently too (I am thinking of buying more!)
Overall, quite a surprise at how effective this product is – so would very much recommend!

Lovely flavour. This really helps to take the edge off of any nervous energy. The dropper bottle makes it straightforward to use and it lasts a long time making it great value. The bottle fire perfectly in a handbag and takes up very little space.
