Bought this for a little piece of mind following my mum having a fall, thought I’d buy as it wasn’t a lot of money and couldn’t really lose much if it wasn’t good, I must say I’m surprised how sturdy this is, the set up is easy and it works a treat, the alarm when activated by the large button is with me within a minute, having to remind my mum to wear it is the only problem I have but that can’t blame the manufacturer for my mum’s stubborness!
This has been well worth the money, not had to charge it yet even though my mum has pressed it numerous times, the button is large and easy enough to press by a person with limited hand movement, really pleased with it👍

Works as described. It’s invaluable for me to use. I take care of my 95 yr old mother. It’s just the two of us. I’m 63. When she needs assistance in middle of night she presses one button. I Velcro latched it next to her bed so it doesn’t get knocked off. It’s LOUD when it calls me. I’m on the second floor my mother is on the first floor. The small plug in receiver is LOUD it will wake you up! It also sends a Bluetooth Wi-Fi alert to your smart phone. So if I am in the kitchen, basement or garage away from the plug in that’s in my bedroom, I can get the alert same time on my phone. I have not validated range.
This will not work if you go for a walk away from the home or are out of range. I wish it did someone call me on its own but that isn’t the case.
They provide a necklace for the button sending unit but there is no way to attach it. It’s kind of strange how they just forgot to think that through. I glued it on.
For the money it is inexpensive and very effective

This was easy to set up, the app is good and once connected via your WiFi will work without the WiFi while out and about as long as the button is within the WiFi range. That makes sense right…..

The instructions are so tiny I needed a magnifying glass, but then aren’t completely relevant to the product. They also come in several tiny booklets. It works, the alarm tunes don’t have any alarm type alerts, which would grab attention easier.
Connection to phone was complicated and required a fair amount of guesswork.
All in all it’s a cheap alarm, and works for the distance we need it to as we’ve a very long garden. We though it was worth a shot, and it does the job just fine.

The app is broken. It will let top up credits but it does not keep you logged in and DOES NOT send alerts. Several tickets sent in with no response.
Reliance on this device left my elderly relative stuck on the floor for hours pressing this button while we were unaware they needed help. Thankfully all is well but I would not risk their life with this device again.
Steer clear and find something else to use.

Got this button for my aging father who lives by himself.
The device would not work at all so I contacted the seller who had me do a few troubleshooting tips but still would not work.
So they finally decided to send me a new one in the mail and that one worked flawlessly.
The device is not completely waterproof but has a rubber protective cover that can be removed to charge the internal battery when needed.
The App is simple and easy to use and has a battery level indicator, which is great so I can tell my father to charge the battery when it needs to be charged.
I recommend this device for those who are on a budget, but do know that it is only going to work if the device is in range of the Wi-Fi router, it is not a GPS device.

I bought this product to help my elderly grandmother be able to get ahold of me when she needed help. I was hesitant at first because of the mixed reviews but she used it for 3 months and it worked great! She was able to get a hold of me even when I was not in the home. This is a great product. The only downfall in my eyes is it needs WiFi to work. As long as the button is in the range and hooked up to WiFi the button can reach you and ring your phone even if you are in another town. It was easy to hook up and we were able to hook it to multiple cell devices to be notified. The notification tone is pretty loud and I had no problem hearing it in the middle of the night. I would recommend to others.

A great basic solution to provide peace of mind to both the wearer and the carer.
This is an inexpensive way to make sure an easy accessible alert can be sounded to carers via text or phone call. It’s great for a simple solution to avoid expensive call centre alerts and is more than sufficient for my use.
Money well spent.
Set up instructions are a little unclear, but once set up it can just be left to work. No charging or turning on/off…
