I never write reviews but this product is so good that I just have to.
As someone with very flat feet who is always up and about, I am constantly plagued with sore feet. I have just received mine. I tried it and it is simply exquisite.
For reference, I used the kneading, air compression and vibration on high, and the heat on low. The lower settings were quite relaxing and warmed me up for the massaging of the deeper knots.
Pros:
1. Easy to use
2. The kneading really does feel like little fingers massaging my feet
3. The air compression is perfect for my small feet (size 6-7 female) so that the kneading hits all the right spots. I can even move my feet around a little to get those hard to reach areas that only a human could reach.
4. The heat on low is good for me and it heats up pretty quickly
5. The vibration is an excellent touch!
After just one use, my feet felt heavenly. It made me realize that I was truly suffering before.
Cons:
(None of these are dealbreakers for me, which is why I gave it 5 stars. They are just some points to keep in mind)
1. There is a built in feature that makes the product shut off after 15 minutes. If you are like me with lots of deep knots and soreness, it is just not enough. So I simply turn it on again lol!
2. There is no remote- while not necessary, it would have been nice.
3. It’s a little bulky but that wasn’t a dealbreaker for me because my feet NEEDED the heavy-duty stuff. (It is quite light though).
4. Cord-length could have been longer- While the cord is definitely not short, (it is medium length) I would have loved for a longer cord so that there isn’t a cord across my floor (tripping over cords is a huge reality for me). But I have an extension cord on hand so not impossible to overcome
Overall, an excellent purchase and would definitely recommend

I loved the massager but it came with a defective AC adaptor, in a weeks time it started making crackling sound. Instead of just sorting the issue out company suggested to return the item back to Amazon and get another one – think thats just silly when they could have just posted me a replacement AC adaptor.

I love this massager. Full disclaimer… when I got it and used it initially, I thought it was kinda weak. It’s not though. I thought my feet could handle more pressure. Then I used it a few more times, and glad I was wrong. It kinda builds the same way hot sauce does as you take more bites of the same spicy thing. It has 3 settings each for (A) the turny ball thing, (B) the air bag squishers, and (C) the vibration. I use it every day, and find setting 2 on each is more than enough. I’m super picky, and have had many foot massagers, and this one is my favourite so far. I use it at my work desk, and actually find myself thanking God for it out loud. It’s like a big hug for your feet, while rollers actually do stuff to help. This is not medical advice, but I bought this specifically because foot pain was keeping me up at night, and I was starting to walk on the sides of my feet from pain. 2 days later, it just worked whatever knot/tightness was there, and my feet are fine. As for heat, there are 2 levels, a high, low, and off option for heat. All the other buttons, are low/med/high/and/off. You can turn each one’s setting independently. The only downside is to change each setting it beeps (a normal beep noise at about 54db) for each change. If you had a sleeping person in the room, that might be a touch annoying, as after 15 min I have to restart it from the auto shutoff. Not a big deal for me, and not even close to taking off a star. If you hate sound overall, it’s actual operation during the massage is pretty quiet. The vibration is the loudest part, kinda a rumbly bass sound, and really not that loud. My room with the massager off is about 49db of noise. When I turn the massager on, all on high, the max my room got was 51.5db, but averaged at 50db. That’s the noise of a quiet room/library/light rainfall. I usually do 15 minutes x 2 or 3 sessions. After that, my feet want a rest, as it does enough to make you feel done after 30-45 min. The squisher air bags go in and out kinda randomly , and the rollers spin inder the ball of my foot, so as the airbag tightens, it makes the spinning ball feel tighter/harder. I Highly recommend this, from me, Ms Picky Pants. My massager literally just turned off, so I’ll end the review here too.
UPDATE after 45 days: A loud squeak did develop after a few weeks of use. Amazon let me return it, and I’ll see if the replacement squeaks or is ok. Too bad, the physical action is good.

I absolutely LOVE THIS machine!! The functions are perfect to accommodate my sore feat from plantar fasciitis. Even my chiropractor said these massagers can help build the fibers on my heel for healing. The first button deals with the balls that roll under your feet and it has 3 intensities. The second button controls how much air is filled to compress your feet downwards so you can feel those balls rolling under the feet even more. The 3rd button adjusts the vibrations feel as you do your massage. There are 2 levels of warmth. But honestly speaking, it doesnt get warm enough at all. I wish it would last longer than the 15 mins auto shut off though. My family can hear the buzzing noise of the vibration from the ceiling downstairs!! I’d totally recommend this! It can get quite strong in massage strength which I find really helpful to suit my daily needs! esp after working on feet for 12 HRS! It’s so relaxing, it helps me fall asleep!
