Nachdem ich den Steckeradapter (von UK- auf EU-Stecker) erhalten hatte konnte ich die Massagematte ausprobieren und was soll ich sagen… EIN GENUSS !!!
Ich habe alle 5 Modis ausprobieren wollen – hintereinander weg – beim 3. Modi bin ich doch glattweg auf der Matte eingeschlafen… π
Das ist ja sowas von toll und angenehm, nach einer Weile denkt man glatt, man liegt irgendwie auf Gelee.
Die Matte habe ich auf den stΓ€rksten Impuls (Stufe 3) eingestellt und ich bin sΓΌchtig. Jetzt gΓΆnne ich mir jeden Tag eine halbe Stunde Vibrations-Auszeit und mein ganzer RΓΌcken dankt es mir. Die Muskulatur wird richtig schΓΆn “aufgeschΓΌttelt” und wer mit Verspannungen etc. zu tun hat, der ist mit dieser Matte bestens bedient.
Auch die WΓ€rmefunktion im LWS-Bereich tut unendlich gut, schade allerdings, dass die WΓ€rmefunktion auch nur dort einsetzt. Ich persΓΆnlich hΓ€tte eine komplette ErwΓ€rmung noch besser gefunden, aber zum Einschlafen reicht es auch.
Das Preis-LeistungsverhΓ€ltnis fand ich absolut TOPP (hatte auch das GlΓΌck, ein Angebot zu erwischen).
Die LΓ€nge und Breite der Matte ist ausreichend, die Vibrationsmassage kommt da an, wo sie soll.
Das Einzige, was mich persΓΆnlich nervt ist der Klettverschluss an der kleinen Aufbewahrungstasche fΓΌr die Fernbedienung (aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau). Der Klettstreifen haftet so fest, dass ich richtig krΓ€ftig mit zwei HΓ€nden zupacken muss, bis der sich ΓΆffnen lΓ€sst π
Die Liegeseite ist so angenehm kuschelig weich, mein Kater hat es sich sogar darauf gemΓΌtlich gemacht.
Alles in Allem ein VerwΓΆhn-Gadget, dass sich jeder, der von Muskelverspannungen und RΓΌckenschmerzen gequΓ€lt ist gΓΆnnen sollte.
Von mir gibt es an dieser Stelle eine absolute Kaufempfehlung, trotz rein englischer Bedienungsanleitung und dem Extra-Kauf eines Stecker-Adapters. Dieser Umstand sollte vielleicht kΓΌnftig im Angebot einen Hinweis erhalten fΓΌr Schnell-Leser wie mich.

As a vine reviewer i often don’t get options to choose size and so i was stuck ordering the small size but I would of preferred the larger size.
The massage mat has 5 preset massage settings and 3 intensities as well as 4 individual area on off toggles as well as a heat mode which is either on or off.
Its reasonably thickly padded so is comfortable to sit or lay on.
I am using this on my office chair now to help with lower back pain and this has helped somewhat to
relieve the aching in my lower back once i have it in the right position and secured with the adjustable strap which took a few attempts.
I tried this small version on my bed but i found it to be way too short for me at 5′ 11″
The heating function is mild and takes a while for it to warm my back but its there.
The instructions however are severely lacking and seems to be mostly warnings and it would of been better had there been a few illustrations to show its usage scenarios.
The price seems ok as an easy upgrade for my office chair to turn it into a heating and massage chair so im happy with this so far, only time will tell how long this will last with regular use though.

I got this for my son who is a competitive swimmer and thought it would help to massage his muscles after training in and out of the pool.
I thought it would massage with those rolling balls and actually get into muscles, however, it just vibrates. There is a controller that has different settings so you can increase the intensity, and there is a heat setting to warm and loosen muscles.
It comes with a plug and needs to be plugged in while in use – the controller plugs into the port attachment shown in the picture.
There is also a pocket on the side to pop the controller in.
This can be used on a chair or the floor.
If you want something relaxing then I think this is a good fit, it just wasn’t quite what I was looking for.
I don’t think the price is bad for what it is to be fair, I know these massage mats can be expensive, and it is a good investment – just know before you buy it is a vibration massage chair, not the balls that roll and get deep into muscles.
