The tracker is spot on, its easy to install and easy to track. The viewing of the GPS is accurate. However I lost the GPS and I contacted TrackI on Live Chat (Jude) immediately replied and solved my problem did a replacement of my tracker for free and soon as I receive they will automatically connect me to the new tracker. Value for money is cheap and worth it , battery is all depending on the usage. Quality is good. Speed is good. Its small tracker you can use it with magnet or without magnet.

I brought this, paid for the subscription, put it in the included rubber cover and put on the dog lead. It worked perfectly for about 20 mins, then stopped working. It was raining and she was going in puddles, but not swimming. Brought it home as assumed the battery was flat but it now won’t switch on at all. Not practical for use outside or on a dog.
***** Since my previous review, I have been contacted by Tracki, who have sent me a brand new waterproof unit and a free subscription. Excellent customer service, really friendly guy and couldn’t do enough for me. Please ensure you buy the correct waterproof unit, the one I purchased definitely wasn’t, even with the rubber case! ******

This worked perfectly for a long flight with a connection, and after experiencing delayed baggage in the past I needed something like this to keep track of my suitcase if that ever happened again. It didn’t thankfully, but I had peace of mind, and still checked the app throughout the journey and the location was accurate. I had an issue setting up the device at the start but only because of the bad connectivity issues I have where I live, so I had to contact customer service. They were kind, informative, super helpful and resolved the issue quickly.

I bought this tracker to track my 5 year old when she started going to Kindergarten (as well as aftercare), and had to get on several different buses every day. I’ve been using it for a month now, and have been very impressed so far! The app was very easy to install and connect to the device, and picking the subscription package for the data was also very easy. I picked a one year plan, which lowered the price to $13 a month. The tracker can narrow its location down to a street and house number, and even shows which side of the building it’s on when it displays on the map. I can see if my daughter is in her school’s right wing or left wing for instance. The main map looks like Google Maps and you can also change the settings to show the map a different way. The tracker itself is very light and small (picture attached) and does not weigh down my daughter, I tucked it into the bottom of her bag. The app has many features, such as speed notifications, movement notifications, geofence notifications, location sharing to others, battery level, and full history of the tracker (which you can sort by the kind of data you need). I have geofences set up on mine, and it notifies me when my daughter enters/exits her school, aftercare, and when she’s on the move on the bus. If needed, the history feature can provide an entire map of all the places the tracker went over the last X number of hours/days. When a kid at my daughter’s school took the tracker out of her backpack and brought it home, I was able to track the entire history and send his address to the school, after which they got the tracker back to us the next day. The battery levels have been great so far! I charge it once a weekend and it lasts all week. It has never died on me. It sends you a battery alert when the tracker is getting low, and you can also set the tracker to turn ‘inactive’ when it’s not moving, to save battery. That way, it won’t update its location or track anything unless it’s on the move. One extra feature is that you can also use the tracker to find your phone, you press the right button on the device and it will send a loud alarm to your phone. There is also an SOS button which your kid can press if they’re in trouble. There are only two small issues I’ve been having. One is that I can’t seem to turn off the email notifications, and I have tried many times. I toggle the button to OFF and save it, but next time I am on the app, it’s back to ON. So it sends an email for every geofence notification now. Which I just delete, but it’s annoying because I get one for every zone exit/entry. The second issue is that my husband and I share our account on the tracker, and when he logs into the app, I get logged out, and vice versa. Also a minor issue, but we both tend to track her when she’s on the bus, and constantly get kicked out. The two issues are nothing unmanageable though, and certainly do not weigh up against the tons of pros this device has. Have recommended it to various other parents too, especially Android users who can’t buy an airtag (like myself). This tracker, unlike an airtag, also won’t notify someone that it’s in their vicinity, which (I hate to even have to think about this) wouldn’t alert a kidnapper that the kid has a GPS on her. All in all, this has been my favorite purchase ever on Amazon and it has brought me great peace of mind!

I am really impressed with this tracker so far. It was so easy to set up with a sturdy app. The different accessories (belt clip, silicon case with lanyard, magnet) are really great.
The tracker has been quite reliable in wooded and rural areas (UK). I would recommend buying a longer-lasting battery as the battery life for the standard battery is quite short. The longer life battery is about the same price as the unit itself but that is still good value for money.
You do need a subscription but you can get monthly which is reasonable, as well as longer plans.

I have been used couple of gps and gps watches including battery operated gps to keep valuables. So far this is best in market I have tried. Quite easy straight through activation process, membership monthly prices a bit higher than other gps, but much more accurate then others and even with 1 minute update it gives accurate location continuously. Battery is biggest drawback, as it is quite small device dont expect a week long battery operation. I do 4 hours update and it lasts about 3 days. but if you put on battery saving mode it activate when movement happens to gps which is quite good function when gps is in low battery mode.
Accessories is big plus, comes with all necessary toughtfull conditions, like clipper on back, or heavy duty velcro or double side sticker. I mostly use with silicon cover, which is hard to take off before you need to charge but helps to prevent even liquid damages.
Definitely worth for money as mentioned just monthly subscription can hurt in long run.

Embora tenha tido uma falha de informações sobre a chegada do produto, deu tudo certo, chegou antes do prazo e me impressionou pela qualidade do rastreamento. Lembrando que tem que pagar o plano em dólar a parte

I use mine to track my luggage on flights. Great peace of mind when missing connections and you want to know if your baggage has joined you on the plane.
Yes – the battery life may be limited. Unfortunately, that’s physics for you! Use it sensibly, and you can check in on your bag when you need to during a 24-hour trip. There’s plenty of guidance on the app and online to help you decide on the best tracking option vs battery life.
Some say the subscription is expensive – I don’t know of a fully international SIM that I could buy for less than the cost of the sub. Even with that, I would need a tracker to go with it.

The tracker is a forced subscription service. Aswell as the subscription being expensive when I tried to attempt to subscribe with my PayPal it said “merchant not accepting PayPal purchases at this time. “Or something like that at least. It was worrisome as the app didn’t look very trust worthy and it was in the wrong currency and I don’t see why I would need to input my credit card details instead of using PayPal. If you are willing to subscribe be careful.
Update: 6th June 2024.
They somehow got my private number and attempted to call me and message me before I blocked them. Heavy breach of privacy.

Nice Compact little tracker. Easy to set up.
However, subscription is expensive, the cheapest is 18euro a month and only updates location every 30 mins. I have another tracker for 10 euro a month and I get live information of where the vehicle is, speed its moving at and the journey it has taken. This doesn’t do that as far as I can see and that’s what I wanted it for. My own fault, for not reading description properly. I have to recharge battery every night but I do get an alert to say battery is running low. Hope that helps

Easy to use and sends back very accurate location data. Lots of customizable options for every need. Comes with lots of bonus stuff too.

The product sounded fantastic but once I’d started using then not really that impressed. I paid for the 2 year support option at £187.45 yet the web-site was not clear that this only covered a single tracki device. Not impressed. In my view, it should track at least 2 devices for this price. The coverage seems hit and miss and often really difficult to get a track lock from the satelites even in an urban area. Finally, the rubber boot is definately not water-proof and had to dry out the Tracki device pretty much after every single dog walk. Sorry, but there are cheaper options out there so just can’t recommend this product.
