Have to see, easy to swallow, although quite large but definitely an improvement on the prevous supplement I used. Have no hesitation in recommending both Company and product.

I like that this tastes nice in the mouth compared to other ones I have used in the past. The quality of the tablet itself though may not he the best as it looks like it gets powderized easily so be careful not to shake the bottle too much. Has a good value for money I would say because of the amount of tablets in a single bottle. Very easy to use as the tablets are not too big. I feel that it’s working well for me physically which may be contributing to a good sleep and having a bit more energy so i can can i feel the health benefits of it at a certain degree.
