Ici en Belgique, la présence du soleil, même en période de canicule, n’est pas suffisante pour amener les vitamines D à un taux suffisant….
Mon endocrinologue et mon médecin m’on conseillé de prendre quotidiennement une double dose en hiver, une simple en été.
Toujours juste après un repas consistant car la vitamine D est liposoluble et a donc besoin de graisse pour être assimilée chez l’homme.
Je recommande ce produit.
Il est efficace et les tablettes sont minuscules et donc faciles à prendre.

I have been taking for a week and feel great. I have terrible absorption issues and recently completed a n extremely high dose 50000il over 6 week period. My previous vit d level was 27 going to 110. I’m taking daily to ensure my levels remain high. My bloods are due to be checked in r weeks to check levels
