Product works well, but spares/back-up seems to lack.
The 2 plastic feet that flip out to raise the incline, accident broke them on mine. Although they are a small piece, and would be easily (by anyone) replaced removing 1 screw, are not available as a spare part.
Another wise easily broken, easily produced, easily fitted part let’s down the whole companies customer image….

Habe das Gerät wegen Knieschmerzen und Muskelverhärtungen aufgrund einer alten Verletzung gekauft.
Konnte es bereits vorher über eine Freundin ausprobieren und war über die Wirkung angenehm überrascht.
Seit Dezember 2023 ist es nun zweimal täglich im Einsatz und meine Knieschmerzen sind verschwunden, die Muskelverhärtungen deutlich weniger geworden. Die Wirkung beruht wohl auf der Vibration, die eine Art Mikromassage bewirkt. Oben ist von Wärmeleistung die Rede. Das finde ich etwas irreführend, denn ein Wärmekissen ist das nicht. Es gibt wohl derartige Geräte auch mit zusätzlicher Wärmefunktion, das hat es aber nicht! Eine gewisse Wärme entsteht aber subjektiv aus den Muskelbewegungen.
Ich würde das Gerät jederzeit wieder kaufen.
