This product is advertised to contain the 2 Omega 3 constituents that vegans can’t get from anywhere else and that the body can’t make itself. Therefore it is probably a great product for vegans, provided it does contain DHA and EPA.
The capsules are middling in size – not small – not large. I can’t swallow capsules so have to chew them.
The taste with chewing is noticeable but not bad. If you swallow the capsules there would be no taste.
