I bought this item because it is made from natural materials and looks cute. I didn’t want a large bolster, the classic yoga ones are too big for my liking. This one is also light enough to carry around. It arrived quickly, but wasn’t as shiny as I expected. But it is still a beautiful item.

Die Farben sind schön und entsprechen der Abbildung. Die Füllung ist leicht und bietet zum Sitzen und darauf liegen einen guten Widerstand. Ich verwende die Rolle im Liegen zum Aufdehnen unter der Wirbelsäule, als Stütze unter den Fußgelenken, den Knien oder im Nacken und häufig einfach als Sitzhilfe. Sie ist nicht zu groß und damit sehr handlich und kann auch gut transportiert werden, was bei einem großen Bolster nicht der Fall ist.
