I have just completed my first week using Brians’s simple yet effective exercises. I already feel the difference After only 7 days I have established a routine. I put Kylie’s greatest hits on and go for it. I used Glinka overtures though this morning. I can unreservedly recommend this well written easy to follow guide. I shall review again in 6 months time. I love the book’s organization and clarity. I have just begun my daily chair exercise adventure so i have a way to go, but the warm-up routines are already paying dividends. I plan to give copies of this book to friends and family this year. You definitely do not have to be a Senior to benefit from these exercises.

The instructions are easy to follow and offer a variety of moves whilst protecting the spine from over-extending. You don’t need much room to do them. A stout chair is essential.

The content is good and well written however, the book is let down by a couple of elements.
The illustrations are too small. The books targeting seniors and I think the author should assume they our eyesight is not what is was.
The bonus audio is simply awful! It sounds like an army drill sergeant shouting at you, what on earth was the author thinking?
So overall, OK book, nothing to hate, but I suspect there are better on this topic available.
