I need to keep a record of my blood pressure at the moment so was interested in having a,wrist monitor. It was very easy to charge and turn on. I was very surprised when it started to speak though. It gives the same reading as my arm one but is so much easier to use, just strap it around your wrist and turn it on. The voice telling you what your blood pressure is is a nice extra. It also comes with a nice portable case.

I work with dementia patients who do not like the arm cuff and trying to take their blood pressure often causes upset. I have had a wrist machine in the past but was not impressed. When I saw this particular machine I thought I would try it as it is rechargable and I don’t need to mess about buying batteries. This machine is very impressive. Its small, quick and efficient. So much easier. It also talks, so is good for anyone with sight loss. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase.

the correct way to use it a little bit above the wrist means 2 to 3 cm above and it will give u the accurate results . not exactly on the wrist or else it will keep telling u you are on high blood pressure . so the video or the manual given in the box is perfect to see before first time use .
beautiful packaging i would say it looks like it has a watch in it . it come sin a beautiful classy box which in quality is okay but definitely it would be an excellent thing to keep it safe .

loved kit . but i m not keeping it . it is going to be a gift to my mother which will definitely be going to be a companion with her either she is at home specially when she is traveling as she is a blood pressure.
