I find that most digital alarms have bright white or blue displays, and that can prevent a really deep sleep in an otherwise dark room. This one is different! It has a red display, already a more restful colour, and the brightness can be smoothly dimmed to a convenient level (even “off” if desired). The result – a better quality of sleep. The 12-hour/24-hour option is useful, as is the big button on top which can serve as a night-light in extremis. All round an excellent product.

Β I bought this LED Alarm Clock to replace a bedside lamp and a small digital clock. The 12 x 5cm display with large red digits is awesome, and so is the βdisplay dimmerβ switch which enables me to adjust the level of brightness. When following the instructions, I found that setting the time was simple. The functions are very clear and would suit someone with poor eyesight.
The clock can use 2x AAA batteries as a backup in case of a sudden power outage. However, as its long stiff cable cannot be disconnected, it could be a little awkward in a restricted space. One of my favourite features is the long βsnooze/lightβ button on top of the clock; it is very responsive.
After a while, I found the light to be too strong for my sensitive eyes and it was unable to replace my bedside lamp. Although the adjustable alarm volume was always set on low, my βvery deep sleepingβ husband started to complain that it woke him up!

This alarm clock advertises accuracy and I have to state that they deliver. I purchased two of these clocks, one for my bedroom and the other for the living room. When I received them back in February 6, I set them both and I have not had to touch them since. I have bought more than a few alarm clocks looking for an alarm clock that will maintain the time and I have been disappointed with all the previous purchases until I bought this clock. An alarm clock should be able to maintain the time since you might want to use it to get up on time and not be late or leave the house for an appointment and not be late. I like the sound of the alarm going off as I find that it isn’t jarring when it wakes me up. It has two settings, Low and High. I find the low settings is a bit to low. It wakes me up but after it is on a while but the high setting wakes me right up without giving me a quart or two of Adrenalin. This clock is inexpensive and so far it has maintained the correct time day in and day out since the initial setting. It has been over a month and I have not had to adjust the time at all. I feel that the price I paid is well worth it to insure I am on time and I don’t have to bother setting the correct time every two weeks or in some cases less. The features reflect the price you pay but they work and I am more than satisfied since the clock maintains the correct setting once you initially set it the time and features.

It works SO well. Wish I’d bought one years ago. You can dim the brightness as little or as much as you’d like, battery backup works well (power has already gone out a few time and it kept both the time and my alarm) and it’s super, super asy to use. Highly recommended.

I hate getting up im the morning and always snoozing my phone until the last minute so I thought I would invest in an alarm clock. After having a search and reading the reviews it sounded perfect. It arrived promptly with prime. Packaged in box with a simple design and its key features on the back.The clock itself is also a basic design I brought the black one, its small,rectangular and doesnt take up much space, light and appears to be well made. The instructions are clear so it was easy to set the time & the alarm. It has a separate red button to press to turn alarm on/off, a red light shows on the bottom right when on. Itβs a 12 hour am/pm with a red light showing in the top left corner when itβs pm. itβs mains powered with a battery backup option too (takes 2xaaa) The alarm is a buzzer sound and is loud enough to wake me up it also has an option to make quieter if required. Thereβs a large white snooze button across the top centre this is also a night light which I think is a great addition to it as you can use this and not disturb your partner by turning on a main light. This is also good if you have a child who doesn’t like the dark and still makes toilets trips in the night!On either side are stop buttons, which you use as hr/min buttons when setting the time. The display is nice and big making it easy to see should you wake up in the night this also would be benificial for a visually impaired person. Again if using for a child the digital display will aid your child to learn to tell the time. The slider can also reduce the brightness if it’s too bright for you.
Also comes with a one year warrenty and customer support contact details should you encounter any problems.
I highly recommend this for all ages/abilities and my children keep asking if they can have one of their own!

Being autistic, I wanted a digital clock that was just that. No radio as Iβm listening to self-made playlists on Spotify most of the time & when I sleep, I like it as silent as the grave. I really struggle to master technology at times thanks to the autism, so I didnβt want something that was several things built into one, so this seemed perfect.
The fact that it comes with a dimmer switch is perfect as I have Sensory Processing Disorder as well, so bright lights can end up hurting my eyes. and I love the simple night light on top as I often need to visit the loo in the middle of the night. Itβs not too bright either, but bright enough to light up my hallway so I can see where Iβm going.
As society evolves I feel that autistic people often get overlooked in the creation of new technology so Iβm hugely grateful that someone had the idea to make something simple & easy to use for once. It might not seem like a big deal but when you spend your life struggling to understand even the most basic technology at times & have heightened senses that mean you can become overwhelmed quickly by bright lights, loud sounds, strong tastes & smells, then small things do become important. This clock is just one item that enables me to feel normal for once, in a world that constantly reminds me that Iβm not.

I have been using the clock for around a month now. I am satisfied with it so far. I was able to set it up easily. The display size is good, I can clearly see it from any angle in my room. The display brightness setting is not confined to 2 settings (high/low) – one can set to a value across a range using a slider. You just need to bear in mind that it uses 110V so you’ll need to get a good quality adapter and preferably connect it to a UPS. On one occasion when the UPS died out during a power cut, the clock retained the time via its batteries as expected.
Previously I was using a Sharp clock which immediately started giving problems. The Travelwey clock by contrast is functioning decently so far. Hoping it will be a long-lasting product, let us see.
But Travelwey/sellers can consider ways to reduce the price (without sacrificing quality of course). If this is cheaper, more customers may buy it.
