J’étais très fatiguée cet hiver, alors j’ai commandé ces comprimés. Au bout d’une semaine, je me sentais mieux. Ils sont très gros donc assez difficiles à avaler, et le goût n’est vraiment pas terrible. Mais la composition est très complète et ça fonctionne, c’est tout ce que je demande ! J’avais comparé de nombreuses marques avant de me décider, et à mon sens, celle-ci a vraiment un rapport qualité-prix imbattable.

Molto soddisfatta del prodotto. Sono 365 compresse quindi la confezione, che ha un prezzo molto competitivo, dura tutto l’anno poiché si assume una compressa al giorno. Le compresse non hanno una sapore sgradevole e si mandano giù facilmente. Le uso ormai da 6 mesi e non ho riscontrato effetti collaterali e anzi mi sembra di stare meglio fisicamente ed avere più energia durante il giorno. Sicuramente le riprenderò insieme ad altri integratori del marchio Nutravita.

They seem good. Not really sure how I can tell if they are working but no side effects which is the main thing. smell awful but what vitamins smell nice, quite easy to swallow and I will see how these are whether I purchase more but for the price I would recommend.

Only after 2 years can I actually properly review these multivitamins because it took me that long to take them a little more seriously. I have been using these vitamins on and off hoping for a miracle pick-me-up but it just doesn’t work that way. I’ve been suffering from migraines for years with the doctors saying that the best solution is pain killers. I’ve never taken painkillers but tried different things like iron tablets. I’ve actually given these vitamins a good try now over the past 6 weeks taking it daily. After about 3 weeks I realised that I have more energy throughout the day, afternoon slumps have gone, and migraines have gone. Note: I havent changed my diet which is not that good, but I have seen benefits regardless.
The range of vitamins and minerals are excellent and varied which is great. The vitamins last a year so are great value and I’ll continue to buy them and recommend them.
Taste is not an issue. I swallow them quickly with water and doesn’t leave any after taste. I position the tablet straight on my tongue and I can swallow it easily without it getting stuck in my throat.

I’ve been taking one of these every day now for several months, and it took about two weeks before I started to notice anything different.
I find myself with more energy, I am sleeping better, I get fewer spots and less general aches and pains. I am not a Vegan myself, but knowing these are Vegan free is a selling point for those who are passionate about this. The label states that there are no synthetic fillers or binders and has GMO free ingredients.

My only criticisms are the flavour and size of the tablets, again this may be personal preference, but I find them to be very savoury tasting. What’s good for us, doesn’t always necessarily taste great, and that’s the case with these.
You can’t go wrong with a one year supply, and I’ll be back for more in a few months when my current supply runs out.
