My hair was falling out ridiculously. Read these were good for skin and hair loss. Started taking about Sept and prob around December I noticed my hair was falling out less and I started to get new hair growth. Now I my hair only falls out half the amount of what it used to. Great tablets. Have on a subscription now wouldn’t be without.

I started using these collagen capsules approximately six months ago. My energy levels have slightly improved and I ache less. My skin has improved overall and my skin is also a lot clearer. I’ve been using prescribed benzoyl peroxide for many years. I now need to use it very rarely and only on the odd occasion since taking this collagen supplement. I previously used a well known brand of liquid collagen which needed to be kept refrigerated. I decided to switch to this product as it is far cheaper. It is also more convenient to take on holidays due to being in capsule form. More importantly, this collagen works better than the one I took previously. I have been taking this supplement for 6 weeks now and I am not a great believer in taking supplements, as most of the time they simply do nothing. I do not write reviews either! However, after doing some research into collagen supplements to improve skin conditions (complexion, skin elasticity, anti ageing and most importantly for me, to improve my stretch marks) I decided to give these a try based on their high rating. I am absolutely blown away by the benefits. In the last month I have noticed my skin is more hydrated, my frown lines have decreased, pores reduced in size and my skin feels tighter. I have even noticed that the skin on and around my stretch marks has improved (feels a little thicker).
A friend who has been cutting my hair during lockdown also mentioned how noticeably thicker my hair is. It is by far the best supplement I have ever taken and has just benefitted me in many ways. The capsules are relatively easy to swallow and have a slight aftertaste (I think it’s the turmeric) which is not an issue. I have not noticed any other side effects. I have also noticed changes in my mood and sleep patterns, but I cannot claim 100% that this is due to the supplement, as yet.
Furthermore, I may now attempt to get laser surgery on my stretch marks again, as previous attempts always failed to garner results. I am hoping that this supplement may promote the repair production of them. Overall, I am a very happy customer and just so grateful I found this supplement.

Been taking two a day for six weeks. So far, no noticeable effects on hair (maybe a little less fall), zero effects on nails which is disappointing but it is January. Armpit and leg hair seems to be denser which wasn’t the plan lol!! Pretty sure I’m much less achy, which is a massive plus. They smell and taste foul (wish they’d remove the turmeric) but am now onto the second bottle in the hope they eventually help my flaky nails and continue to work on my menopausal joints. Much cheaper than alternatives, which is a plus so long as the quality isn’t impacted.
