I was a bit sceptical about this as many similar products don’t work that well. This really did though, the results are very noticeable and happen quite quickly. I’m really pleased as one toenail was quite bad and I’m really confident they’ll be all clear by the time I want to wear sandals again! It was also reasonably priced. It lasts a long time so I probably wont even have to buy more.

My hair skin and nails are so much better! Take a couple of weeks or so to notice. Losing less hair when washing, its shinier, stronger and grows a lot quicker, nails no longer break, they are thicker and healthier. Skin is much better. Brighter, pores have shrunk, its smoother. On my 4 month now. Ill continue taking these forever

I had researched the benefits of this product first and was a bit doubtful on it qualities. Decided to give it a try as I had been experiencing weak and brittle nails, my hair was looking dry and straw like. After taken the tablets for a month, I have noticed slight improvements, my complexion is a little better, my nails have started to grow and my hair looks better and started to grow. Normally my hair grows very slowly, but I have had to go to the hair salon twice so far this year! I found the tablets rather large to swallow, so I broke them in half to make it easier. I don’t think the tablets had a taste or flavour. I have the policy to try a small amount first before making future or larger purchases and wasting money. I have purchased another tub to continue the good work.
