I buy these for Grandson. He is hyper and by taking one of these works better to help him calm down than any prescription. These only contain natural things (vitamins)

These taste ok, very mild flavour really, I didn’t think they helped with my mood really, just a mindful moment whilst sucking it I suppose, but any hard boiled sweet would give me the same enjoyment, I quite like ricola herbal sweets, and a box of those only cost a pound. A murray mint or Werther’s would be more cost effective. These are simply too expensive for a pack of hard boiled sweets.

I ordered these for my 16 year old son who’s been suffering with Anxiety. He’s had them a few times now and said that they help him and calm him down. He also likes the flavour as well. I’m sure everyone that suffers from Anxiety suffer in a different way so I suppose it depends on the individual.
