I have started having b12 because in my last blood test this vitamin was very low. My doctor recommended SOLAR. These ones are really tiny and the test is really good. I am having 2 a day and I will come back to the doctor in 3 months to see if I have recovered this vitamin . I just put 4 stars because I want to know in my next blood test if they really work.

Hard to say if it actually has, but this product has coincided with an increase in energy on my part! I have made other lifestyle changes, roughly the same time, but I believe this stuff has at least helped reduce my fatigue levels and I no longer struggle so much to wake in the mornings.
Easy to use, simply place on your tongue and let it melt away or chew it, the taste is actually very good, which makes a nice change for healthy products. Not much else to say really, the pot is of good quality and it appears to be a premium product. Obviously check with your GP if is suitable for you if you have any health issues.

My B12 was really low. Sublingual is the only way to go with B vitamins so they absorb through the tissue in your mouth. B12 doesn’t absorb in the digestive system well (which is why there’s such a high amount in most multivitamins). The flavor is nice and they dissolve quickly. After 6 months of using these, my B12 is within normal range now. I’ll continue buying them. Just keep them out of children’s reach since they’re like eating candy!

Pongo la píldora debano de la lengua, tiene un sabor agradabe como a fresa. La tomo en dias separados y separada de otras vitaminas.
