Like that it is a good cushion. Three falls and no injuries. It is a good size. I am happy with it. Dislikes: It is rolled so tight in the box that it takes a long time to get it really flat. It would be more slip resistant if the surface were not so smooth.

I use it for my mom and I am confident that it is a great precautionary measure. It is super thick and it will definitely cushion a fall.

I bought this because my feet tend to slip on my carpeted bedroom floor when I get out of bed. I have had some falls because of that. This is sold as a safety rug for the elderly. The black base is non slip but the upper white part is hard, shiney plastic. It would cause slips and falls and as it doesn’t lie flat it is a tripping hazard .I thought the top would be some sort of non slip fabric. It isn’t. I have had to secure it the wrong way round and will have to see if I can get some double sided duck tape to hold it down. Absurdly dangerous.

This may well reduce injury in case of a fall but is also slippery and may cause a fall for an elderly person. Cannot use it for the purposed we bought it.
